Directions for ordering: You can purchase products on-line, or by phone or fax. To order a product, find it in the product list, put the number you want in the quantity box to the right of the specific item. Select all the items on the page displayed BEFORE you leave the page. When you have selected all the items on a given page, click "Add to Cart" link on the bottom of the page. The items you have chosen will be displayed and you will have an opportunity to review and/or change your order. You are then given the choice to continue shopping or to checkout. When you are finished ordering, click the "Send Order" link on the bottom of the shopping cart page. You will then be asked to fill in address, shipping and credit card information to complete the order. Shipping costs cannot be calculated until the "ship to" address information is entered. If you wish to order by fax, print the order sheets, fill in the required information and fax them to 928-284-3788. This number is also given on the order page. Phone orders, call 1-877-GLOW-NOW.
Shipping Calculations: Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the order and cannot be calculated until a zip code or "ship to" address is entered. The Priority Mail rates are calculated by the US Postal Service hyper link. Packages are charged based on weight and zip code of the delivery address. Delivery charges by FedEx Ground and UPS Ground services are also calculated based on weight, rounded up to the nearest pound, and delivery zone using the respective rate calculator. Use the "Comment" space, under the credit card information, to notify us of other delivery preferences or instructions.
International orders are shipped by US airmail delivery. The rates are calculated by the US Postal Service hyper link. If the cost cannot be calculated, the costs charged will be the actual cost + $3 for customs documents and handling. Use the "Comment" space, under the credit card information, to notify us of any delivery preferences.
